About the Position

Seeking a dedicated Outpatient Clinic Registered Nurse (RN) to support an employee health and caregiver wellness clinic. This role focuses on health screenings, immunizations, occupational health services, patient education, communicable disease exposure management, and injury prevention programs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical assessment skills, outpatient clinic experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and obtain vital signs
• Administer immunizations and prescribed medications
• Conduct health screenings and wellness evaluations
• Perform telephone triage and patient follow-up calls
• Review and interpret laboratory results
• Manage medication refill requests and pharmacy communications
• Prepare and maintain patient charts and documentation
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals
• Provide patient education regarding health, wellness, and disease prevention
• Assist with communicable disease exposure management and infection prevention initiatives
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
• Outpatient Clinic experience
• Experience with electronic medical records
