Machine Operator (Night Shift) Full Time Regular Operative Auburn, NE, US We are looking for a Machine Operator for our Night Shift in Auburn, Nebraska facility with a Sign-On Bonus of $2,500 Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4:30 pm - 3:00 am At FAST, we don’t just make equipment-we build careers, ownership, and pride. Key Responsibilities: Interprets complex drawings, program sheets, instructions, and process sheets. Performs diversified operations on numerical control machining centers. Performs a variety of milling, drilling, and boring to close any interrelated tolerances. Load and unload materials from machines Perform basic quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support team members as needed to meet production goals Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred Willingness to learn and take direction Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Basic math and measuring skills a plus We’re more than a workplace-we’re a company that invests in its people.
