Technical Product Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite) OR remote from NY HUG Recruitment is partnering with one of the fastest-growing AI startups in the US to hire a Senior Product Manager . This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team building AI-native products that are transforming how enterprises automate complex, mission-critical workflows. Backed by leading investors, the company is scaling rapidly and is looking for an experienced Product Manager who thrives in fast-moving startup environments. You’ll own products from concept through launch, working directly with engineering, design, leadership and customers to build AI-powered experiences used by enterprise organisations. This role is highly technical and customer-facing. You’ll spend time understanding user problems, validating solutions, working alongside engineers, and rapidly iterating based on customer feedback. You’ll have significant ownership, influence over product strategy, and the opportunity to help shape the future of AI-native software. What You’ll Be Doing Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch. Define product strategy, roadmap and execution for AI-powered products. Work closely with engineering and design to rapidly prototype and ship new capabilities. Partner directly with enterprise customers to understand workflows and validate solutions. Prioritise features using customer insights, product metrics and business impact. Help define how AI agents and LLM-powered workflows are integrated into enterprise products. Collaborate with leadership on long-term product direction and company strategy. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping technical software products. Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS startups. Experience building or launching AI, LLM or AI Agent products. Strong technical understanding with the ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams. Comfortable reading code and prototyping using modern AI tools (Python or TypeScript experience is highly desirable). Strong product intuition, customer empathy and analytical thinking. Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities evolve quickly. Bachelor's degree required. Nice to Have Earlier-stage startup experience (Series A–D). Healthcare technology experience. MBA or equivalent commercial experience. Experience launching developer platforms, APIs or enterprise infrastructure products. Why Join?
