Responsibilities:

• Promote engaging programs and events that enhance physical, mental, and social well-being

• Lead various recreational and social activities for individuals or groups

• Interact with participants, assess their needs and interests, and tailor activities to meet those preferences

• Execute programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents

• Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions

• Prepare materials and set up spaces for activities, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available

Requirements:

• A positive attitude and a big heart

• Creative spirit and a love for fun

• Great communication skills and a team player vibe

• Dependability and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed

• Experience in senior living is a plus, but we'll train the right person!
