Location: Pittsfield, MA
Start Date: 08-31-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Flexible days (weekdays/weekends), 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, day shift
Hours per Week: 40
Bill Rate: $44/hr-$55/hr

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility and function
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Massachusetts
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric rehabilitation preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy principles and practices
- Proficient in patient evaluation and treatment planning
- Excellent documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
