Role Overview The Nuclear Medicine Technologist oversees technical procedures, patient care, and workflow in the Nuclear Medicine department to ensure safe, effective diagnostics and treatments using radiopharmaceuticals and imaging equipment. They serve as a technical resource, develop training programs, evaluate staff skills, and participate in QA/QC initiatives to maintain accreditation and safety standards. The position requires strong technical expertise, leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff and physicians.
