Mental Health Technician - Behavioral Health Support

As a Mental Health Technician, you will be a key member of our care team, providing essential support and assistance to our clients. Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for clients, including behavioral and therapeutic interventions. Monitor and record clients' behavioral progress, and report observations to healthcare professionals. Provide direct care and support to clients, including personal care, recreational activities, and transportation as needed. Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by adhering to safety and health guidelines. Participate in training and development sessions to continually improve the quality of care provided. Support clients in their daily activities and help promote their independence and social interactions. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage stress and remain calm under pressure. Knowledge of mental health disorders and appropriate care techniques. Proficient in maintaining records and writing reports.
