Contract | Night Shift | 36 Hours per Week | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
• Provide intensive, comprehensive care and monitoring for neonates experiencing life-threatening conditions within a Level III or Level IV designated unit
• Support an EPIC conversion project, utilizing both EPIC and Cerner electronic health record systems

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• EPIC experience within the last 12 months
• Recent Cerner experience; each work history entry must identify the charting system used
• Ability to commit to a firm start date with no requested time off (RTO)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Acute care facility experience
