-2 years' experience in a healthcare setting required -Community/home health experience is
preferred.
-Required certs: BLS & NPI # Also needs a CA PT license
-HH requires a current driver's license & proof of automobile insurance. Mileage is paid her GSA guidelines - service all of Sacramento County and parts of El Dorado, Placer and Yolo Counties.
-Good oral and written communication skills; has good organizational skills.
-Common diagnosis/types of patients the traveler will be caring for & age ranges? Adults: COPD, CHF, DM, CVA, Ortho
