Daily tasks may include partial pallet picking of finished goods, unloading inbound ingredients and packaging materials, pallets and other supplies, and transferring materials and finished goods between facilities. This role requires a focus on Safety and Quality, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multi‑task. Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize are also critical to success. What You’ll Do Accurately process customer orders in the Partial Pallet area. Pick, pack and wrap finished goods to order specification. Ensure all related documentation is accurate for order processing. Unload, validate, and inspect ingredients, packaging materials, pallets, and other materials from suppliers. Put away and assist with picking materials from various warehouse storage locations to support our production needs. Hold responsibility for FIFO/FEFO inventory rotation of ingredients, finished goods and materials. Unload and load various finished goods to ship to our customers and other warehouse locations. Process all necessary paperwork for material and finished good movements. Ensure all materials and finished goods meet our quality and documentation expectations. Support proper inventory rotation. Support team members in Operations, FSQ, R&D, and other areas of Gehl Foods in a timely and professional manner. Work with personnel from external trucking companies, warehouses, and other business partners. Consistently ship what is needed on time to deliver to our internal and external customers. Use handheld scanners, Ross ERP system, and other technology critical for this role. Store and pick finished good pallets in the AS/RS system. Perform warehouse sanitation and organization work as required. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Perform job responsibilities and other duties, as assigned, in full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including accurate and thorough documentation and execution of tasks. Standup forklift or reach truck experience. Ability to support warehouse functions in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
