Countryside Care Center Rehab & Nursing Facility is seeking a Clinical Nurse (RN) to join our team in a full-time, part-time, or PRN capacity within our skilled nursing environment.

In this role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care while supporting the clinical needs and overall well-being of residents. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care and a positive patient experience.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans and physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards

$40.00 - $46.44 per hour

• Compensation reflects total earning potential
• Base rate is determined by experience and benefit selections
• Employees who decline certain benefits may be eligible for higher hourly pay

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a compassionate approach to care
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
