We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavioral Technician to provide support and interventions for students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and adolescents, implementing behavior plans, and collaborating with educational teams to foster positive outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students during the school day.
• Implement and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Collect data on student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school staff to promote positive learning environments.
• Support social-emotional skill development and crisis intervention when necessary.
• Maintain documentation and prepare progress notes in compliance with school and program requirements.
• Attend IEP/504 meetings and contribute professional input regarding student needs.

Qualifications:

• Certification as a Behavioral Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), BCaBA, or equivalent state-recognized credential.
• Experience working with children in educational or clinical settings.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
