Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify mental health challenges, client strengths, and available community resources to support treatment. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care to provide individualized and group therapy sessions. \n
- Collaborate effectively with the clinical team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to develop and implement cohesive treatment plans that reflect the best interests of the clients. \n
- Lead engagement efforts through group therapy, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that facilitate discussion and learning among peers. \n
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, providing crisis intervention and risk assessment when required. \n
- Maintain accurate clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism at all times. \n
You will work primarily with children and adolescents struggling with a wide array of mental health issues.
