Associate Attorney (New York)

I'm working directly with one of the named partners of a premier litigation boutique, a team built by former AmLaw 100 trained attorneys, to add a standout litigation associate. I've successfully placed multiple attorneys with this firm, and I can speak firsthand to the quality of the platform and the people.

This is a rare opportunity for a litigator who genuinely wants to learn to practice at a high level. You won't be siloed into one narrow function. You'll get meaningful, hands-on experience across every phase of complex commercial litigation: strategy, motion practice, client interaction, and courtroom appearances. The team handles sophisticated matters and does go to trial, so associates see the full lifecycle of a case.

Beyond the substantive work, the firm offers a genuinely strong associate experience — culture, mentorship, and long-term growth. You'll work with diverse clients on varied matters while learning what it takes to build and sustain a practice of your own.

What the team is looking for:

• 3–7 years of substantive Commercial Litigation and/or Product Liability experience
• Love for practicing law at an elite level
• New York bar admission
• Excellent writing skills
• Very strong academic credentials and a track record of top-tier work experience
