New York Life is seeking motivated, driven professionals to join our Fast Track Partner Program in the Des Moines area. This opportunity is designed for individuals who aspire to become successful Financial Advisors while developing the leadership skills needed for future management opportunities.

As a Fast Track Partner, you'll help individuals, families, and business owners build financial security through personalized insurance and investment strategies. You'll receive industry-leading training, mentorship, and the support of a Fortune 100 company while building a business.

$90,000 - $120,000 yearly

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales, business development, banking, finance, customer service, management, or enterprising experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire for building a business.
• Ability to manage your time effectively and work independently.
• Willingness to obtain the required state insurance and securities licenses (licensing assistance provided).

• Experience in leading and inspiring teams to achieve business growth and personal career milestones.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company objectives and enhance client satisfaction.
• Proven track record of fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment where every voice is heard and valued.
• Strong mentorship skills to guide and empower team members to excel in their roles.
• Proficiency in analyzing market trends and client needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Commitment to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies to maintain our reputation for integrity.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
