We are hiring safety-focused Class A CDL professionals who want a reliable career, not just another driving job. With 100% paid practical miles, secure terminal parking, and comprehensive benefits, we support our drivers both on the road and at home.
We believe in pay transparency and rewarding hard work.
- Guaranteed income: Top drivers average $1,770 per week, or $92,000 annually.
- Base rate: $0.55 per mile for all loaded and empty miles.
- Accessorial pay: $20 per hour for detention beginning after two hours, plus layover pay and breakdown compensation.
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500, paid over three months.
- Full benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance beginning after 30 days.
- Retirement: 401(k) plan with a 5% company match.
Drivers based in Florence, South Carolina, operate predictable regional lanes east of I-35 and return home weekly for a guaranteed full 48-hour weekend reset.
- Assigned equipment: 2025–2026 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.
- Equipment policy: Strict no-slip-seating policy.
- Driver comfort: All tractors are equipped with APUs, 1,500-watt inverters, and factory-installed refrigerators.
- Freight: 100% no-touch, drop-and-hook freight.
- Rider programs: Pet and passenger programs are available from the first day.
Qualifications and requirements
- License: Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
- Driving record: Clean motor vehicle record and active DOT Medical Card.
- Experienced route: At least three months of verifiable over-the-road or regional tractor-trailer experience.
- Entry-level route: Recent CDL school graduates are welcome. Up to six weeks of paid on-the-job training is available with a dedicated mentor, along with full tuition reimbursement of up to $6,000.
