• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule
• 18 - 25 patients per day
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Regulatory visits required every 60 days
• Hospital privileges required
• 6 months locum tenens transitioning to permanent
• Adults only patient population
• Flexible scheduling available
