Physical Therapist Responsibilities Evaluate, plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with temporary or long term disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing Assure all treatment is delivered in accordance with an established plan of care Provide quality, personalized and evidence-based care and proven intervention to patients with a variety of personalities Offer cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers; consult with other health professionals Monitor patient response to treatment intervention Complete required forms and documentation in accordance with company policy and state/federal regulations Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements Physical Therapy license Is in good standing with all regulatory agencies and licensing boards.
