Product Manager

Role Overview The Staff Product Manager for Data Platform is responsible for defining the strategy and roadmap for the core data infrastructure that powers key products and AI experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead platform initiatives to enhance data quality, coverage, freshness, and reliability while expanding proprietary datasets. Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, and business teams to align platform capabilities with organizational needs. Define product requirements across data ingestion, enrichment, governance, and infrastructure. Establish metrics to measure data quality, platform performance, and operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to incorporate emerging technologies like AI and automation. Balance technical complexity with business impact, making strategic product tradeoffs. Influence long-term platform health and company-wide data strategies. Qualifications & Skills 5+ years in product management, especially in data, platform, or infrastructure products. Deep understanding of data concepts such as ingestion, modeling, quality, and governance. Experience partnering with engineering, data science, and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with AI, machine learning, graph data, and large-scale datasets is a plus. Excellent communication skills and ability to navigate complex technical landscapes. Key Attributes Passion for building foundational data platforms.
