We’re seeking a driven Customer Sales Acquisition Representative to help introduce new customers to our products and services and grow business within an assigned territory. This is a customer-facing position for someone who enjoys building connections, identifying opportunities, and turning conversations into new business.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with prospective customers through company-provided leads and proactive outreach
• Learn about prospective customers’ needs and recommend products or services that are a strong fit
• Establish professional relationships through direct, one-on-one customer interactions
• Visit prospective and existing customers throughout an assigned territory
• Generate new customer opportunities and guide prospects through the sales process
• Deliver clear, engaging presentations and answer questions about available products and services
• Address customer concerns and work toward successfully completing sales
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with prospective and newly acquired customers
• Manage daily activities independently while working toward established sales and customer acquisition goals

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant work experience may be considered
• Confident, professional communication skills and an ability to connect with a variety of customers
• Personable and comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of personal accountability

• Able to prioritize tasks and respond effectively when circumstances change
• Demonstrated initiative or achievement through employment, education, athletics, volunteer activities, or other experiences
• Ability to travel throughout an assigned territory as part of the role

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. For an entry-level employee, the good faith estimated annual total compensation range is $55,000–$70,000, including commissions and the applicable draw described below. Actual earnings may differ based on individual performance, experience, territory, and other business factors, and high performers may earn above this estimated range.

Following the applicable probationary period, eligible employees will receive a $1,000 per week recoverable draw against commissions, subject to the terms of the applicable written compensation plan. The draw is an advance against future commissions and is not additional compensation on top of commissions earned. Compensation will be administered in accordance with applicable California law and the written commission agreement.
