Your drive directly defines your success — and your uncapped earning potential. What You’ll Do Drive New Business: Identify, pursue, and win new opportunities across key markets. Grow Key Accounts: Strengthen current partnerships, build loyalty, and uncover expansion opportunities. Compete to Win: Embrace the challenge of high standards and bring a closer’s mindset to every interaction. Own the Sales Cycle: Lead every phase — from prospecting to presentations, proposals, and close. Collaborate for Delivery: Partner with project managers, designers, and operations to ensure every promise a reality. Represent AOI: Expand AOI's reach through client meetings, networking and industry events, and community engagement. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of proven success in commercial furniture sales or a related B2B industry preferred. A natural connector who quickly earns trust with decision-makers. Competitive, ambitious, and goal-oriented — you thrive by performance and results. Skilled in presentations, proposals, and closing deals. Organized and agile — you manage multiple accounts with ease and precision. Tech savvy — using CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and industry-relevant software.
