Who You Are You have 3 - 6+ years of significant law firm experience in energy regulatory law, power markets, infrastructure transactions, or related energy matters. You are experienced in advising data center developers, hyperscalers, or large energy users. You are experienced in digital infrastructure, co‑located generation, or large‑scale energy procurement. Experience with regulatory proceedings before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), state public utility commissions, and appellate courts preferred but not required. You are proactive, with a strong business sense and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships. You have the ability to concisely and effectively communicate complex matters in oral and written form and a commitment to delivering excellent client service. You are entrepreneurial, innovative, and forward thinking. You have excellent business and legal problem‑solving skills and judgement. You have a strong work ethic, team‑player attitude, and action‑oriented interest in taking on increased levels of responsibility for transactions.
