Entry-Level Sales Representative

The opportunity

ICON Sales Team is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to meet with customers face-to-face on behalf of nationally recognized telecommunications and entertainment brands. This field-based role is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to be rewarded for results, and is ready to develop practical sales and communication skills. No previous sales experience is required. ICON provides structured training, daily coaching, and clear development milestones to help new representatives learn the role and progress based on performance.

What you will do

· Meet prospective customers in person and learn about their needs. · Explain available products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly. · Recommend solutions that fit each customers needs. · Build trust through professional, helpful conversations. · Work toward individual and team sales goals. · Participate in daily coaching, product training, and skill development.

Compensation, schedule, and benefits

· Performance-based compensation averaging $1,000-$1,200 per week, or approximately $50,000-$60,000 annually. Actual earnings may vary based on individual performance. · Weekly pay. · Full-time Monday-Friday schedule, typically 11:00 AM-7:00 PM. · Health insurance eligibility after 90 days. · 401(k) eligibility after 90 days. · Structured training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Training and career growth

New representatives receive hands-on sales and product training, structured daily coaching, and clear 30-, 60-, and 90-day development milestones. Advancement is based on demonstrated performance, consistency, and leadership rather than tenure alone.
