This full-time position offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The role is based in Sandy Springs, where you will play a pivotal part in managing patient communications. Your primary responsibilities will include handling callback queues, providing patients with clarity on their lab results, relaying messages from providers, and directing patient inquiries back to the appropriate medical professionals. This is not a bedside or patient-facing role; instead, you will focus on communication and administrative support to address backlogs and facilitate smooth patient-provider interactions. A valid Georgia RN license and AHA BLS certification are required for this position.
