Job Summary:
Respiratory Therapist, Registered, Pediatric Specialty, Bradenton, Florida. This position involves providing respiratory care to pediatric and adult patients in a healthcare facility. Candidates must have the necessary certifications, licenses, and experience as outlined below to ensure patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid license; 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist; NICU and Adult Care experience; certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Drager vents and Cerner systems
• Additional Information: Must reside at least 100 miles away from the facility. The Respiratory Therapist administers respiratory care by physicians prescription, including diagnostic evaluation, management, education, and rehabilitation related to cardiopulmonary system deficiencies. Responsibilities include application and monitoring of medical gases, mechanical ventilatory support, artificial airway care, bronchopulmonary hygiene, pharmacological agents, cardiopulmonary rehab, and hemodynamic cardiovascular support.
