Tax Associate for Transactional Tax Practice Group

Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Associate for their Transactional Tax Practice Group in Kansas City, MO. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in tax-related work on transactions, with significant exposure to M&A transactions. Duties Advise on tax implications of transactions for a diverse client base. Collaborate with a global team of tax lawyers on complex tax issues. Develop practical solutions for tax-related challenges in various industries. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and firm information. Requirements 3 years of law-firm experience in tax-related transactional work. Significant experience with M&A transactions. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the state bar in MO or eligibility to waive in. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
