Lead, Standards & PLM Integration

Based in Houston, Texas, Saber Power offers deep subject matter expertise and uses an engineering-led approach to designing, installing, testing, and maintaining medium and high-voltage electrical infrastructure. Position Summary The Lead for Standards and PLM Integration develops and maintains engineering product standards embedded within the company’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. Key Responsibilities Develop engineering product baseline standards Maintain configuration control of engineering specifications Integrate engineering standards within PLM systems Maintain engineering technical documentation Coordinate standards development with engineering leadership Perform other job-related duties as requested by management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Experience with engineering standards development Experience with engineering data management systems Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in high-voltage substation design Experience implementing PLM systemsExperience with configuration control processes.
