APPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Develop and maintain CNC programs for 3axis, 4axis, and 5axis machines using Mastercam Optimize machining processes, including tooling selection, speeds, and feeds for complex materials Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and machining strategies Perform machining simulations to validate programs and prevent equipment issues Support process improvements, documentation, and production goals in a high mix/low volume environment Job Requirements What You'll Bring: High school diploma or GED 6+ years of CNC programming experience using Mastercam software 2+ years of experience programming 5axis CNC machines Experience selecting tooling and machining complex materials Ability to interpret engineering drawings and collaborate with crossfunctional teams What Sets You Apart: Experience with multiaxis CNC mills and lathes Experience with Okuma or DMG Mori 5axis machining centers Experience with Mazak Integrex machines Experience using ERP systems Experience using machining simulation software Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and drug screen Must be authorized to work in the United States No security clearance required Work is performed onsite in a manufacturing environment Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted Role requires standing, bending, lifting, climbing, and other physical activities Overtime and weekend work may be required Relocation assistance: Yes Additional Information: After you apply, you may receive a call or message from our AI Talent Scout about this role or other opportunities that match your skills and preferences.
