Job Title: Production Manager Job Description

In Miami (Doral), direct daily manufacturing operations ensuring food safety, quality, and production schedules are met. Lead a team in a cold, fast-paced seafood environment, optimizing line efficiency and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise production personnel to meet daily schedules, goals, and efficiency targets.
• Enforce OSHA safety rules and food safety standards, preparing for regulatory inspections.
• Monitor product quality, ensure accurate labeling, and minimize rework.
• Maintain and repair production line equipment to minimize downtime.
• Train and evaluate team members to ensure operational excellence.

Essential Skills

• Experience in food manufacturing, preferably with seafood or protein.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong supervisory and management skills.
• Experience in production management, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience with protein production such as beef, pork, chicken, or seafood.
• Familiarity with HACCP and GMP standards.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

Manage production lines and staff within a 30-40&degree;F environment. The schedule includes working Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday from 11 am to 8 pm, with days off on Thursday and Sunday.

This is a Permanent position based out of Doral, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
