The Creative & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing solutions that support business objectives across traditional and digital channels. This role serves as an in-house creative resource for the Sitework Systems business, producing a wide range of marketing assets including product literature, digital advertising, website content, email communications, sales support materials, and event materials.This position combines graphic design expertise with hands-on management of digital content platforms, including website and email marketing systems. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable creating compelling visual content and publishing that content across digital channels.What Will You Do?In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  Apply graphic design principles to create solutions across print and digital channels, including literature, digital advertising, website content, email communications, and sales support materials.Develop creative solutions that align with brand standards, product messaging, and business objectives.Build and maintain website content, landing pages, and digital experiences using content management systems while supporting SEO/SEM initiatives.Develop, test, and deploy email communications and marketing automation assets.Support product launches, campaigns, events, and dealer marketing initiatives through development of creative and digital content.Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the creative and production process.Maintain organized digital asset libraries, templates, and marketing content resources.Stay current on design, digital marketing, and web content trends and share relevant insights with the marketing team.Perform other duties as assigned.What Do You Need?To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  RequiredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related field.2-4+ years of related professional experience.Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).Experience designing both print and digital marketing materials.Experience working within website content management systems.Experience building and deploying email communications through marketing automation systems.Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across levels and departments.PreferredExperience with Optimizely, HubSpot, InRiver, or similar content management and marketing technology platforms.Experience supporting B2B, dealer, rental, or construction equipment marketing environments.Familiarity with responsive web design, HTML, and email best practices.Experience supporting product launches, sales enablement, or tradeshow marketing.What Can We Give You?At The Toro Company, we are always working to make sure our employees know just how valued they are. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$68,000​ - ​$85,000​. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance.
