Clinical Therapist - Remote

We are excited to invite compassionate and dedicated Clinical Therapists to join our Behavioral Healthcare Division. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking support for mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, comprehensive evaluations, and develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Provide therapeutic services, including individual, marital, couple, family, and group therapy for clients experiencing a range of challenges such as stress management, self-esteem, aging, bullying, domestic violence, HIV, gender orientation, and more.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including the client's treatment team, family, and community agency personnel, to ensure coordinated care and holistic treatment.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of service activities, client interactions, and progress, ensuring compliance with state, county, and organizational requirements.
Participate in educational meetings and training opportunities related to mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorder treatment.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of Behavioral Healthcare Services.
Qualifications:

A Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, or a related field.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in substance abuse counseling or a related field. One (1) year of counseling experience in psychology is preferred.
Current licensure in Pennsylvania as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Local candidates are preferred.
