Territory Sales Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Territory Sales Manager role is a Full-Time with a client located in Denver, CO-(Hybrid). Ideally looking for applicants to have a solid background in B2B sales, territory management, business development, and dealer/distributor relationships . This individual will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and achieving territory revenue targets, would come as a big plus. Salary Range: $45k-$50k/Annum + Benefits, The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. About the Role We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth for commercial storage, shelving, carts, and material-handling solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory sales strategies to achieve revenue and market-share goals. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with authorized dealers, distributors, end users, and key decision-makers. Promote commercial shelving, storage systems, carts, and related equipment solutions. Conduct customer meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and sales negotiations. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales forecasts. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for territory growth. Maintain accurate sales pipeline information and provide regular forecast updates. Collaborate with internal teams and distribution partners to deliver effective customer solutions. Qualifications Experience in B2B sales, territory sales, account management, or business development. Proven ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets. Experience working with dealers, distributors, resellers, or channel partners preferred. Background in industrial equipment, material handling, commercial shelving, foodservice equipment, healthcare products, or related industries is highly desirable. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage a sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
