This role provides technical guidance, coaching, scheduling oversight, and leadership to help achieve company goals. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop service technicians Provide technical support and training to the team Conduct regular one‑on‑one meetings and safety discussions Work closely with dispatch to ensure proper scheduling based on technician skill level Maintain relationships with vendors and manufacturers Oversee inventory, equipment, and company resources Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards Review invoices, reports, and operational documentation Foster a positive and productive work environment Qualifications Residential HVAC and refrigeration experience required Previous leadership or management experience preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
