Pay & Benefits

Salary: Guaranteed starting at $425,000 annually, with additional productivity incentives

Signing Bonus: $75,000 to support your transition

Residency/Fellowship Stipend: $2,000/month for recent grads

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings
• Manage prenatal, delivery, postnatal, gynecological surgeries, and preventative women's health issues
• Conduct inpatient hospital rounds or coordinate with hospitalists for continuity of care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including primary care, specialists, and advanced practice providers
• Utilize advanced surgical and diagnostic technology, including robotic-assisted surgery and ultrasound procedures
• Participate in shared call schedule, providing after-hours support
• Document thoroughly per hospital and legal standards
• Mentor advanced practice providers and support staff
• Engage in ongoing education using CME benefits
• Support hospital outreach and quality improvement initiatives
• Serve in a vital community healthcare role within a rural, underserved area

What You Need

• Medical license in Missouri
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Proven clinical skills in obstetrics and gynecology
