About the Role: Roberts Construction Company is looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! Responsibilities: Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and/or commercial job sites Remove debris, dust, and construction waste from interior and exterior areas Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces including windows, floors, and fixtures Safely dispose of construction materials and waste in designated areas Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools as needed Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines Requirements: Prior construction cleaning or general labor experience preferred Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE on job sites About Us: Roberts Construction Company has built a strong reputation in the Phoenix, AZ area for delivering high-quality construction projects with professionalism and integrity.
