Sales Associate (Part Time)

Spring Footwear Corp. is expanding, and our Spring Step Shoes store in Charleston, SC is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team.

Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be an essential part of the customer experience, representing the Spring Step Shoes brand with confidence, care, and enthusiasm. You'll help customers find the perfect fit while contributing to a welcoming and high-energy store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized customer service with strong product knowledge
- Drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and add-on selling
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and e-commerce order fulfillment
- Represent Spring Footwear's family of brands with professionalism and pride
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive, collaborative work culture
- Friendly, reliable team players with a passion for helping customers
- Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs as needed
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Multilingual skills are a plus
