Job Summary Hanks Excavating is hiring construction general laborers. Do you have experience in the construction field and are you looking for a job with growth? Positions are available immediately in the Rio Verde/Scottsdale area. Responsibilities Site prep: raking, water application, shoveling, grade checking Outside work: running water truck Day‑to‑day activities of the position Work hours are 7:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays Handle all duties on the ground while the heavy equipment operator runs equipment On‑site training will be provided Potential to grow from laborer to heavy equipment operator after learning all skills of a laborer Qualifications and Skills Prior construction experience Ability to lift 50 pounds Reliable and dependable Ability to perform physical job tasks in all climate conditions Reliable transportation Benefits and Perks Vacation pay Holiday pay Sick pay Yearly bonuses Small business, on‑site training, and career advancement opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr T.L.
