You'll support the bartending team by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and fully operational throughout every shift. Here's what you'll need to do to thrive in this role:Ability to remain on your feet and in motion for extended periods throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and moving quickly between the bar, storage areas, and service stations; this role requires sustained physical stamina and pace throughout the duration of each shiftAbility to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds independently and up to 75 pounds with assistance, including kegs, cases of product, glassware, and bar supplies across multiple areas of the venueAbility to navigate stairs, ramps, and multi-level storage and service areas when transporting bar supplies and equipmentAbility to work in varying temperature environments on a frequent basis, including bar service areas, walk-in coolers, and refrigerated storageAbility to perform repetitive hand and wrist motions including carrying, stacking, lifting, and restocking glassware, bottles, and bar supplies throughout the shiftAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in a high-energy bar environment that may include moderate to high levels of background noiseAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-volume bar environment while maintaining focus, organization, and stock levels under pressureSounds like a fit?
