Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide expert medical-surgical care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered, high-quality care focused on positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care delivery.
• Demonstrate leadership by sharing knowledge and acting as a clinical resource.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members using SBAR and other communication tools.
• Manage time efficiently to support team productivity and patient needs.
• Adhere to facility policies and participate in ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Michigan RN license, verified through LARA and Nursys.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in medical-surgical nursing, with trauma level II or I experience preferred.
• Hold current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical pathways, patient education, and interdisciplinary communication.
• Show strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a skills checklist completed within the past year.
