About Our Agency I’ve been in business for 11 years and currently lead a team of 12 dedicated professionals who bring positive energy and purpose into everything we do. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance along with an MBA, and that background helps guide the thoughtful, strategic approach we take when serving our customers and growing our team. Community involvement is a major priority for our agency — I serve as a Director for the Pasadena ISD Education Foundation and chair its Finance Committee, and I’m an active member of the South Belt–Ellington Chamber of Commerce. Assist customers with policy changes and updates. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred.
