Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team. This role plays a key part in improving manufacturing efficiency, designing cost-effective production processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams to enhance quality and performance across our operations. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment. Design and optimize equipment and processes to ensure efficient, cost‑effective production. Develop accurate project budgets and timelines, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion. Provide technical support to manufacturing and service departments to resolve process or equipment issues. Assess the feasibility and cost‑effectiveness of new installations or modifications to existing machinery and processes. Collaborate closely with product engineering, equipment suppliers, and other internal teams to successfully execute improvement projects. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience. 1–3 years of experience in an engineering‑related field, preferably in manufacturing. Strong understanding of machinery components, functions, and machining principles. General knowledge of PLC programming and logic circuits. Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to create technical drawings and sketches. Solid mathematical and analytical skills. Strong project management and problem‑solving abilities.
