Cnc Operator
HiFyve is hiring CNC Operators in the Precision Manufacturing industry. Salary: $23+/hour depending on experience.
Shift Options:
1st Shift:
Monday Thursday 6:00 AM 4:30 PM
Friday 6:00 AM 12:00 PM
Location: Fridley, MN
This role supports precision manufacturing operations by operating CNC machinery to produce high-quality machined components in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates will monitor machine operations, inspect finished products, and maintain production and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machining equipment according to production requirements
- Load and unload materials and parts into machines
- Monitor machine operations and identify production issues
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools
- Read blueprints, work instructions, and production documents
- Make minor machine adjustments as needed
- Maintain production, safety, and housekeeping standards
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous CNC or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
