Event Coordinator

Job Title: Events Coordinator/Sponsorship Coordinator Duration: 12 months with possible extension Pay Rate: $33.65 - $36.06 hourly on W2 JOB SUMMARY Key Responsibilities Maintain project timelines, status reports, meeting notes, and internal planning documents for sponsorship and experiential programs. Manage revenue and budget administration, invoice processing, reconciliation activities, and expense tracking. Support event planning logistics, including registration management, hospitality coordination, attendee communications, and vendor scheduling. Compile post-event metrics, reporting, and recap materials using graphics. Support agency and vendor onboarding processes. Assist in coordinating cross-functional communications. Support the Brand Partnerships & Experiences team with general administrative and operational needs as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field. 5-7 years of experience in marketing coordination, event coordination, project administration, operations support, or a related discipline. Experience supporting budgets, invoices, contracts, and project documentation. Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines. Experience coordinating meetings, maintaining project trackers, and preparing reports. Experience supporting events, hospitality programs, or marketing initiatives preferred. Automotive or luxury brand experience a plus.
