Senior FP&A Analyst

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary finance partner for designated departments, guiding budget planning and reviewing monthly financial performance.
• Collaborate with the mergers and acquisitions team to prepare financial plans and projections for new business integrations.
• Design and update advanced financial models to evaluate business initiatives and investment returns.
• Create and refine reporting tools that highlight key financial trends and performance gaps.
• Contribute to the monthly financial close by compiling results and offering insights into budget deviations.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in a finance-related discipline is essential.
• At least 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance; private equity exposure is advantageous.
• Solid grasp of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting standards.
• Skilled in Excel and financial systems; familiarity with Sage Intacct and Microsoft GP is beneficial.
• Must be available to work on-site during standard business hours and capable of performing light physical office tasks.

• Proven ability to interpret financial data and solve complex problems efficiently.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration across teams.
• Experience managing or contributing to cross-functional projects is preferred.
• Flexible and dependable team player, able to step in and support colleagues when needed.
