We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Lead MAUI/Xamarin Developer to lead our cross-platform mobile application development efforts. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Xamarin and .NET MAUI, and be capable of driving end-to-end mobile architecture, mentoring developers, and delivering robust and scalable apps for both Android and iOS platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI and Xamarin .
- Architect scalable and maintainable codebases, integrating with APIs and backend services.
- Guide the mobile development team through coding best practices, performance optimization, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality applications.
- Ensure apps are responsive, performant, and follow platform-specific standards.
- Stay up-to-date with Microsoft technologies, mobile trends, and best practices.
- Assist in migrating existing Xamarin applications to .NET MAUI where applicable.
- Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and releases.
- 5+ years of experience with Xamarin.Forms or Xamarin.Native .
- 1+ years of experience (or strong hands-on knowledge) in .NET MAUI .
- Strong command over C# , .NET Core , and MVVM architecture .
- Experience integrating REST APIs, third-party libraries, and SDKs.
- Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and platform-specific guidelines.
- Experience with dependency injection , async programming , and unit testing .
- Experience using tools like Visual Studio , Git , and Azure DevOps .
