Job Description

Looking for a great opportunity, this is it! We are seeking a bilingual spanish Recruiter/Staffing Coordinator to join our Woodland Hills branch! Hospitality, food service and retail experience bring transferable skills to our position and we'll train!

This position is an internal role with our office located in Woodland Hills and is the true key and the beginning of the staffing cycle!

We're an employee owned National Firm, don't miss out on this opportunity, with benefits and regular business hours, 8-5 PM Monday thru Friday.

Our Property Management division is growing and needs the right individual to join its Woodland Hills team as a Staffing Coordinator! If you are an excellent organizer and communicator, we’d like to meet you!

As a Staffing Coordinator, you will play an important role in our recruiting team. You will work closely together to uncover talent for the apartment industry. Assist in searching and reviewing resumes from various job boards (Zip Recruiter/Indeed/Craigslist), pre-screen candidates, and move forward with those qualified to the next steps in the interview and application process. You will provide a full range of support including handling new hire paperwork, inputting data into the system, processing background checks, and verifying and processing timesheets.

Previous sourcing/staffing experience is a PLUS!

Must haves:

Strong Customer Service skills for both telephone engagement and in-person engagement.
Any kind of sales experience a huge plus, should enjoy interacting with people and unafraid of outreach
Bilingual Spanish/English speaking skills
Can-do attitude
Strong work ethic
Strong organization skills
General computer skills
A sense of humor because we love to laugh!
