We are looking for a Global Sales Leader who can build, develop, and inspire a high-performing team while driving adoption and expansion across AWS’ full-service portfolio, with a particular emphasis on AI workloads that are transforming how our customers operate.As a Global Sales Leader, you will lead a team of eight to 10 sellers focused on expanding the reach of our account teams: building relationships and launching workloads in new and emerging business units and lines of business. You will operate at the intersection of team development, GTM strategy, and AI-driven business transformation, helping customers move from experimentation to production-scale AI adoption.Key job responsibilitiesAs a Global Sales Leader, you will build and lead a team of eight to 10 sellers, including hiring and developing early-career talent into the next generation of AWS sales leaders. You will own net new revenue targets across multiple territories across industries, maintain a robust pipeline, and coach and leverage the use of AI to drive customer outcomes and team efficiency and productivity. You will build executive relationships, partner cross-functionally to remove blockers, and stay fluent in the AWS service portfolio. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
