Production Scheduler

Opportunity Overview Global Instrumentation & Control (I&C) seeks a Production Scheduler at our Warrendale, Pennsylvania facility, reporting to the Manager, I&C Quality and Operations Planning. The role supports complex electro‑mechanical instrumentation production for the commercial nuclear industry worldwide. Your Day‑to‑Day Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6. Perform weekly schedule updates, variance reports, and integrity checks. Prepare and present status reports, highlighting deviations and recommending corrective actions. Implement and oversee project control processes and tools for consistent data collection and reporting. Process change requests through an integrated change control process. Produce weekly schedule reports on metrics and resource loading for stakeholders. Work with schedulers, project controllers, and PMs to develop “what‑if” scenarios, analyze milestone and labor hour impacts, and communicate results. Maintain project documentation, including P6 baselines and historical records. Collaborate with teams to identify and mitigate risks, fostering proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making. Communicate required information promptly, coordinate tasks and deadlines, and escalate issues to management with urgency. Who You Are 3+ years of project controls experience with increasing complexity. Strong computer skills and proficiency with project schedule tools (Primavera P6, SAP). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint. Experience handling large data sets. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to articulate clearly with cross‑functional teams.
