Position Summary: We are currently seeking a passionate and licensed Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to children with communication delays and disorders in a variety of settings, including homes, schools, daycare centers or at our facility. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs and goals. Provide direct speech and language therapy services to children with a range of diagnoses including but not limited to expressive/receptive language delays, articulation disorders, fluency issues, and autism spectrum disorders. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to support carryover of therapeutic goals and ensure holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and community outreach as needed. Support and educate parents and caregivers on strategies to enhance language development at home. Qualifications: Master’s Degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current New York State Licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC‑SLP) (Clinical Fellows with strong pediatric experience are encouraged to apply). Experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention and school‑age children. Bilingual (especially Spanish) is a plus.
