As an Appliance Repair Technician with Mr. Appliance, you are a valued member of our team by providing premium customer service to our customers and using your appliance repair expertise. A broken appliance can disrupt a family’s life – you can be a superhero by getting their appliance working again.

Specific Responsibilities

Diagnoses and repair residential and semi-commercial appliances

Provide cost estimates for repairs and collect payment using our state-of-the art mobile app

Ensure efficient use of company vehicle and equipment

Job Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Strong aptitude for problem solving using a multimeter

Ability to learn the use of our mobile app and online catalog systems

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Physically able to do the job which can require lifting, stooping, reaching and climbing.
